Sustainable Design – Save $$
The earlier the better…
We are regularly engaged to provide sustainability advice for projects of all sizes.
Although we have supplied advice at all stages of the construction process, we find that the best for the project is to start providing advice during the design stage. This is particularly important for projects which must satisfy the Section J requirements of the Building Code of Australia (BCA/NCC).
WHY?… because early advice can save you from a Section 96. The critical issue being to ensure that project glazing is lock down prior to DA.
We have worked on projects with building design professionals including architects and building designers, engineers, landscape architects and town planners to select appropriate design strategies for their projects.
