Our Associates
As a consultancy, we can call upon professionally trained associates with a wide variety of construction and engineering experience and can assign multiple staff to urgent or large projects. Our Principal, Victor Lin has a lifetime of construction industry experience, and was a visiting lecturer in the School of the Build Environment at both the University of NSW and UTS (University of Technology) for over 12 years.
Our Principal
Victor Lin is the Principal of Victor Lin & Associates. Victor has over 30 years of extensive experience in the construction industry in all types of residential and commercial projects. He was awarded the Australian Institute of Building NSW Chapter Medal. In 1999, he was the 76th accredited NathERS assessor (No 20076) in NSW. Since 1999, he has specialized in providing energy sustainability consultation and solutions on numerous commercial and residential projects. He prefers to work directly with all clients to personalise work as he believes this will result in better results..
